windows-keys.net sells downloadable software licences to consumers and businesses. Contacting us through the support page is the fastest way to reach a human.

Placing an order

Prices shown include the applicable VAT rate for the store and are confirmed on the checkout page. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed by our payment provider and you receive an order confirmation.

Every total is recalculated on our servers from the live catalogue at the moment you pay, so the amount you are charged always matches the current listed price.

Delivery of licences

Licences are delivered digitally, normally within seconds of payment. If a licence cannot be allocated automatically, your order is flagged for manual completion and our team finishes it — you will not be left without the product you paid for.

Using your licence

Each licence may be used in line with the software publisher's own licence terms. You may not resell, publish or share a licence you have purchased.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working licence for the product described. We are not responsible for hardware faults, data loss or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
