What we collect

Your email address, the billing details you enter at checkout, your order history, and any messages you send us through support.

We never store card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

How your licences are protected

Licence keys are encrypted before they are stored, and only decrypted when they are shown to you — through your account, or through a private, short-lived order link after a guest purchase. Public catalogue pages can never return licence data.

Guest purchases and accounts

If you buy as a guest and later create an account with the same email address, we attach those earlier purchases to your account once the address is confirmed, so your licences stay in one place.

Keeping records

We keep order, payment, refund and replacement records for as long as accounting rules require. Support conversations are kept so we can help you with the same product again later.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep. Contact support and we will handle it.
